We offer 4-generation and 5-generation bundles that include research for up to 31 individuals, bonus photo restorations, and detailed reports. For custom needs, we also offer hourly research projects.

What if my ancestor’s records are missing or unclear?
We address “brick walls” through creative research methods, alternative sources, and—in some cases—DNA analysis. If conclusive research cannot proceed, we will notify you and suggest options.

How long does a project typically take?
Project duration varies based on scope and our current queue. Estimated start and completion dates are provided with your proposal after the free consultation.

Can I continue the research myself after the project?
Yes! We can build your tree on services like Ancestry.com and deliver all files for future DIY exploration. We also offer guidance on using genealogy software or transferring data to your PC.

How much does photo restoration cost?
Prices start at $35 for minor restorations, $100 for moderate damage, and $50/hour for complex or custom projects. A free consultation is included with every project.

What kind of photo files do you accept?
Digital files or high-resolution scans (300–2400 dpi preferred). You’ll receive an upload link during the proposal process. We can also work from mailed originals and return them safely post-restoration.

Can you colorize black-and-white photos?
Absolutely. We use advanced software and artistic expertise to bring old photos to life with natural, lifelike colorization.

Do you offer prints or only digital copies?
You will receive digital files for download. If you’d like printed versions, we partner with professional print labs and forward them to you at cost.
